Return policy

  1. If the product you received is damaged or does not meet your expectations, please contact our customer service within 14 days from the date you received the product.
  2. To process a return, we will need proof of purchase (such as a receipt or invoice) and a detailed description of the problem. Once we have received and evaluated the returned product, a full refund will be issued.
  3. Please note that the product must be returned in its original condition, with all accessories included, and in its original packaging. If the product is not returned in its original condition, the refund may be partial or not issued.
