Shipping and delivery

1-Conditions

Shipments are only made to Spain, USA, Germany, Luxembourg, United Kingdom, France, Switzerland, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Holland, Poland, Slovenia, Slovakia, Monaco, Lithuania, Finland , Romania, Czech Republic, Croatia, Greece, Bulgaria, Portugal and Sweden. They will be communicated to the customer at the time of their query about the availability of the product. We work with DHL, DPD and UPS.

-Delivery

Shipping time varies depending on where you are in the country. These are our estimates calculated in business days and not including the 2-5 business days of processing:

  • Spain, Luxembourg, United Kingdom, France, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Poland, Slovenia, Slovakia, Monaco, Lithuania, Finland, Romania, Czech Republic, Croatia, Greece, Bulgaria, Portugal and Sweden ( 7-15 business days)
  • Germany and Holland (3-10 business days)
  • Switzerland (5-10 business days)
  • USA (5-10 business days)

    Full refund if your order is not received within 45 business days not including the 2-5 business days of processing.

    -Customs

    Feel Speeds is not responsible for packages refused or detained by customs. There are many country-specific laws, regulations and restrictions that may affect our ability to ship your order to you and your ability to receive it.

    We recommend that you contact the customs office to understand what regulations and restrictions may apply to the items you are ordering. Local customs agents may delay your order or refuse delivery in accordance with local laws.

    Only unopened items can be returned.

    It is important to note that if your order is returned due to product prohibition or restriction policy, incorrect shipping address, refusal to pay customs fees or order acceptance, even if no one is available to accept your order. You will receive the total amount of the order less shipping costs, customs and discounts.

    You will also be responsible for any other external charges such as storage or return postage fees. If the cost of returning the order is greater than the total amount to be refunded, we will instruct the carrier to abandon your order and you will not receive any refund. If a product is seized by customs, you will not receive a refund for that product. When returning a package, please note that refunds cannot be processed until the returned package has arrived at our warehouse.

    -Delay in orders on special dates

    At Christmas, shipments may not arrive within the estimated time due to high demand.
